Live Training
Welcome to Live
Training, a service offered by the Library Section at DHA!
* Live
Training is one of the Library Section education & training services. It
is a live Internet-based Training service that connect the attendees with
the Trainer (Presenter) who will present on a real-time a pre-scheduled
programs on different topics of library resources and services. It includes:

Slide
presentations (often created through PowerPoint) |

Real time
audio communication through the computer via use of headphones and
speakers |

Web tours to
demonstrate websites where users themselves can also participate |
 |
Recording
(for viewing at a later time by anyone using a unique web address)

Whiteboard
with annotation (allowing the presenter and/or attendees to
highlight or mark items on the slide presentation. Or, simply make
notes on a blank whiteboard) |

Text chat -
For live question and answer sessions, limited to the people
connected to the meeting. |

Polls,
surveys (allows the presenter to conduct questions with multiple
choice answers directed to the audience) |

Pre-tests
and post-tests |
Live
Training is open to all DHA staff (Doctors, nurses, technicians,
bio-medicals, administrative as well as medical and nurse students). Course
enrolment is limited and registration is required. Additional dates and
courses will be added on an on-going basis. You will receive a confirmation
of your enrolment.
