MLS is proud to inform its patrons that it has a multi-dimensional
collection of printed and electronic materials available in its 6 libraries
together. And it is all displayed in its on-line
Library
Catalog, which is better known as
iPAC (Internet Public Access
Catalogue).
iPAC
is an easy tool to use – quite self-explanatory. A resource can be located
through 6 different search phrases – general keyword, author, title,
subject, ISBN and ISSN. Once the title in question is reached, iPAC lets the
patron know not only its bibliographic details but also its location, no. of
copies, whether checked-in or checked-out, due date etc. iPAC also lets the
patron request a resource on-line to be delivered to him in due course.
