If you could not find the article send Email to all branch libraries. (Prepare a list of all Librarians' Emails).

Part II: All Branch Libraries (AWH, DH, RH, PHC, RML):

1. You may look the article in all the above.

2. Search your library holdings of back issues. New

3. Search your library standalone databases. New

4. Reply to all if you find or not find the article.

5. Don't request the article through UNLIST or from any outside library. The searching library should do that.

Part IV: Searching Library & Requester:

If Found:

1. Send To: the Requester, CC: Head of Medical Library Section, CC: Systems Librarian. *

If not found:

1. Contact the Requester to confirm to Order the Article.

2. If yes, ask the Central Library to order the article.
